Court permits workers to file FLSA consents to sue under seal

An interesting decision by Judge Lettow (U.S. Court of Federal Claims) allowing the names of plaintiffs and their FLSA consent forms to be filed under seal based upon their claims of fear of retaliation. Case involves the FLSA claims of 50 Federal Air Traffic Controllers at Edwards Air Force Base.
